The Announcement:

Belle Property has expanded its Queensland presence with the launch of Belle Property Whitsundays, headed by the region’s highest-performing team.

Leading the office is Stephanie McWhirter, the area’s top-performing agent who has achieved Chairman Elite status at her previous network, placing her in the top 3% of agents nationally.

Ms McWhirter holds multiple suburb price records and has sold more properties than any other agent in the Whitsundays over the last three years.

Joining her is fiancé Adam Webster, an experienced property consultant known for his mentorship of younger agents and exceptional sales track record.

The team is further strengthened by Jordan Wilkie and Casey Pitman, whose professional service and work ethic complement the office’s high-performance culture.

“Belle Property’s high-quality service and luxury positioning will give the Whitsundays a bit of fresh air, and we’re thrilled to be part of the Belle Property family,” Ms McWhirter said.

“The Whitsundays remain a prime location for both living and investing, offering a unique blend of lifestyle and opportunity.”

The region has experienced approximately 8% growth in property prices over the past year, driven by strong interstate buyer demand, particularly from metropolitan areas.

Belle Property Head of State Queensland, David Holmes, expressed enthusiasm about the expansion.

“We’re so excited to be extending our brand into this little slice of paradise in Australia and continue to grow our presence in Queensland,” Mr Holmes said.

“We couldn’t think of a better team to lead the new Belle Property Whitsundays than Stephanie and her highly performing team.”
