In a phenomenal effort, Kylie Harnisch, from Morningside in Brisbane, made the Worldwide Top 100 ranking for residential and commercial agents.
Stones Corner sales associate and broker owner of RE/MAX Experience, David Cotterill, was with Ms Harnisch who’s on the RE/MAX Results team in the Worldwide Top 100 ranking for residential agents only.
They were joined by seven other Australians in the Top 100 Global ranking for residential agents, with Stuart Legg, Stacey Arlott, Kathy Sweeney, Charl Louw, George Vuong, Ben Williams and Vanessa Kirby making the cut through their outstanding achievements in 2024.
Four Australian sales teams featured in the Top 50 Worldwide Residential Teams (small) ranking – Evans Properties Team, Melita Bell Team, Team Leanne Druery, Team Hinterland, Team Elevate – and were prolific through the global rankings.
Fourteen teams appeared in the Global Top 100 for residential and commercial teams.
They were Jacqui Walker Team, Evans Properties Team, Melita Bell Team, Team Leanne Druery, Team Hinterland, Team Elevate, Hunt Property Sisters, Neilson Team, Agents On Point, Property Professionals Collective, The Phillip Wiltshire Team, Team Williams, Simon Salm Team and The Brett White Team.
In the Top 50 breakdown of Global Residential Teams, Jacqui Walker Team, Team Hinterland, Hunt Property Sisters, Neilson Team, Agents On Point, Property Professionals Collective, Team Williams, and Simon Salm Team ranked in the medium-sized teams category.
The small teams global ranking featured Evans Properties Team, Melita Bell Team, Team Leanne Druery and Team Elevate in the top 10, along with The Phillip Wiltshire Team, The Gill Team, Mark Coleman Team, Caple Properties Team, Jacob Secco Team, The Mark Stevenson & Marion Grice Sales Team, Scott Mackey Team and The Jenna Raulston Team making up the top 50.
Team rankings include small (2 members), medium (3-9 members), and large (10+ members) teams.
To make the cut, a team’s year-to-date commission must be equal to or greater than $40,000 USD.
When RE/MAX LLC announced its special awards going to team leaders, three Toowoomba sales associates – Melita Bell, James O’Donohue and Jacquie Walker figured in the top three, along with Lean Druery from Mackay.
RE/MAX Australia Managing Director Joel Davoren praised all agents on their achievements.
“Reaching the worldwide and global rankings is something a RE/MAX agent or team can be enormously proud of. It says they are amongst the very best in what is recognised as the most productive sales force in the real estate industry worldwide,” he said.
More than 58,000 RE/MAX agents make up the network’s global region.
With the addition of US and Canada, the sales force rises to more than 140,000 throughout more than 110 countries and territories world-wide.
Thousands of RE/MAX affiliates from across the world gathered in Las Vegas in the last week of February, when the event was held at Mandalay Bay Resort & Casino.
