This alliance, spearheaded by Michael Choi and Ryan Thompson, promises to elevate the careers of agents and bring a fresh energy to the industry.

With this new partnership, any agent joining AS in the West will receive unparalleled access to the complete Agent Success System Training, along with ongoing support from Real Estate Brilliance.

This exclusive package includes monthly mentoring sessions, strategic planning, and the opportunity to be part of the vibrant AS Western Australian Team.

After a year of careful negotiation and fine-tuning, this collaboration is finally coming to fruition.

In addition, non-triennial licensed agents who previously felt left out will now have the chance to join the AS family under Ryan Thompson’s guidance as Licensee.

This means that every agent can now experience the incredible benefits that AS partners enjoy nationwide.

“We are beyond excited about this union!” Michael Choi said.

“We can’t wait to see agents in Perth and surrounding areas embrace the freedom of being their own boss.

“While Western Australia has been slow to adopt this lucrative model, we believe it’s time for agents who are selling more than 20 properties a year to retain a whopping 90 per cent of their commission!

“This partnership will bridge the gap and ensure our agents feel supported and connected, just like our East Coast team does.”

Ryan Thompson, a seasoned trainer and coach with a wealth of experience across Australia and New Zealand, has been a key player in this partnership.

He brings extensive knowledge of the WA market and has already begun recruiting and supporting AS partners, including the talented Caroline and Milly Turner from the Warrick area, north of Perth CBD.

“I’m genuinely excited about what AS has to offer,” Mr Thompson said.

“Michael is a straightforward and down-to-earth leader who delivers on promises.

“This model is perfect for resilient, independent agents who are ready to take charge of their careers. I’m here to guide them every step of the way.

“I want to help agents avoid the pitfalls of traditional office setups that can lead to burdensome debt.

“We’re here to create a people-focused brand that empowers agents to live extraordinary lives while having fun along the way!”

While Real Estate Brilliance will also continue to serve its loyal clientele as it has done for the last 10 years, Area Specialist model will be specifically targeted to those ambitious agents looking to Be Their Own Boss and be part of a growing movement.

Are you Be Your Own Boss? Join us on this exciting journey and experience the support and freedom that comes with being an Area Specialist partner!
