The Announcement:

Belle Property Commercial has welcomed industry veteran Anthony Scarcella to lead its new Central Coast office, expanding the group’s commercial presence in the region.

With over 15 years of experience in both residential and commercial real estate, Mr Scarcella will be joined by Asset Manager Megan Scarcella to service multiple Central Coast areas including Tuggerah, Wyong, Charmhaven, Toukley, Gosford, West Gosford, Erina, Somersby and Umina.

Specialising in selling, leasing, and managing commercial properties, particularly in the industrial sector, Mr Scarcella has built his reputation from the ground up since moving to the Central Coast over a decade ago.

“I don’t believe real estate is about being the biggest or loudest; I believe in offering the best service and achieving results for my clients, no matter their budgets,” Mr Scarcella said.

“I have worked with clients with leases for $10,000 p/a as well as those with 20 million dollar sales.”

The timing of the office opening aligns with positive market conditions, with Mr Scarcella noting increasing buyer confidence in the area.

“As we’re currently sitting at the top of the interest cycle, I believe that 2025 will be a great year, with yields beginning to tighten and the likelihood of a reduction of interest rates,” he said.

For Mr Scarcella, joining Belle Property Commercial was a strategic move to enhance his service offering.

“Belle Property has a specialised commercial sector, and my clients will benefit from the national network,” he said.

“Belle Property also has some of the most superior marketing strategies in the industry, which will help us attract more buyers to the region.”

Belle Property Commercial Associate Director Benjamin Congiusta welcomed the expansion.

“We are very excited to welcome Belle Property Commercial Central Coast to our network as we continue to boost our presence nationally,” Mr Congiusta said.

“Anthony’s understanding of the local market and his dedication to exceptional customer service align perfectly with our brand values.”
