ListingLogic, a leading digital marketing solutions platform for the real estate industry, has appointed Amy Drinkwater as the new Head of Partnerships.

With more than 20 years of experience across the real estate and technology sectors, Amy will play a pivotal role in expanding and deepening the company’s strategic partnerships in Australia and New Zealand.

Establishing the first Meta-based listing solution in 2014, ListingLogic has continued to partner with real estate professionals looking for agile, cutting-edge services to maximise their digital advantage.

Primarily a white-label solution, ListingLogic ensures the agencies and agent maximise the value of new listings content across key digital channels first before the content is exposed to third-party websites.

“I’m passionate about ensuring that our clients are the first to publish fresh listing content. Being the first on Google and Meta not only enhances visibility but also empowers our clients to own their data and drive performance. In an industry where timing and relevance are everything, having control over this process is a game-changer for success,” Amy said.

Ash Farrugia, Director and Founder of Tech Labs Capital, says, “Amy’s track record of leadership and her ability to deliver value through collaboration will be key to ListingLogic’s continued success. I have no doubt that her impact will be felt across our partner network as we continue to push the boundaries of what’s possible in this space.”

Amy brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to ListingLogic, having worked extensively in customer success, account management, and business development.

Most recently, as General Manager at Campaigntrack NZ, she led strategic initiatives in sales, marketing, client relationships, and team management.

Her deep understanding of the real estate landscape will prove invaluable as she steps into this new role.

“I’ve always been drawn to ListingLogic’s forward-thinking vision and its pioneering spirit in the real estate marketing space. The company’s innovative product offerings and strong industry partnerships, particularly over the last 18 months, have set the stage for us to transform how agencies interact with consumers. My goal is to strengthen these partnerships and explore new collaborations that drive meaningful outcomes for all involved.”

As Head of Partnerships, Amy will focus on enhancing existing relationships and building new, strategic alliances that align with ListingLogic’s mission of building meaningful partnerships with the agencies.

“Agencies have an incredible power to shape the future of real estate marketing. With the right strategies and tools in place, their potential is limitless. By harnessing data, delivering targeted content, and staying agile in a changing market, agents can truly own their success. The future belongs to those who are prepared to innovate and lead,” Amy said.

Neil Campbell, Founder, ListingLogic, says, “From a development perspective, we’ve always been agent-led, and having seen the impact Amy has had in this space over the past decade, it’s an honour to have her leading our partnership program. Amy’s expertise in building meaningful relationships is legendary and will be instrumental in guiding our partnership strategy with the agency sector industry. Amy’s passion for innovation aligns perfectly with our goal of shaping the future of digital marketing with and for the real estate professional, something we’ve been doing since 2014.”

Amy sees tremendous potential for ListingLogic to extend its leadership in digital marketing by fostering new partnerships that focus on mutual growth and cutting-edge innovation.

“Our aim is to not only deliver results but also shape the future of real estate marketing in collaboration with our partners. Together, we’ll build solutions that resonate with the market and drive long-term success based on proven performance and mutuality,” Amy said.
