All Properties Group, led by Chris Gilmour, is opening a new office in Ormeau on the northern Gold Coast

The Announcement:

All Properties Group, led by industry veteran Chris Gilmour, is making a bold move into the northern Gold Coast market with the opening of a new office in Ormeau.

This expansion comes as part of a partnership with Nathan Simon, a highly respected agent who has been instrumental in driving the company’s success since joining in 2021.

Together, they bring a shared vision of elevating property marketing and pushing the boundaries to ensure both agents and listings stand out in an increasingly competitive market.

Nathan Simon’s journey with All Properties Group is a testament to his dedication and passion for real estate.

In just three years, he has doubled his business annually, building a strong reputation in the community.

The decision to open the Gold Coast office marks a natural progression in his career, and it’s one that he is thrilled to embark on.

“This is an exciting step for me and for All Properties Group as we continue to innovate and deliver exceptional service to our clients,” Mr Simon said.

The new office is home to seven internal staff members and growing, supported by a comprehensive head office team that includes a dedicated media unit, contracts department, and additional back-end support.

This infrastructure ensures that agents can focus on what they do best – selling properties – while administrative tasks are expertly handled.

All Properties Group has a proven track record of excellence, having been awarded REIQ’s Medium Agency of the Year in 2023, with a nomination again in 2024.

Chris Gilmour, a Hall of Fame inductee at REIQ for securing the most settled transactions in Queensland for three consecutive years, has built a business model that empowers agents to maximise growth and achieve outstanding sales results.

With the launch of the new Ormeau office, All Properties Group is set to bring its award-winning expertise to the northern Gold Coast, offering a dynamic and innovative approach to real estate that will benefit both agents and clients alike.
