A new era of excellence in Melbourne’s Bayside

This expansion marks another milestone for principals Kevin Chokshi, Kyle Dorman, and Mark Guthrie, who have built a reputation for excellence and integrity in Melbourne’s Bayside region.

It has been exactly 10 years since they opened their doors to Cheltenham.

“When we started Ray White Cheltenham in 2015, Ray White had little presence in the area,” Kevin Chokshi said, who also used to be in the Ray White VIC | TAS corporate team.

“Almost a decade later, we’ve turned it into the leading agency, selling more $2 million-plus homes than any other agency locally.

“Sandringham is the next logical step for us to cement our dominance and shake up the local market.”

Located 15km from Melbourne’s CBD, Sandringham is a sought-after suburb known for its pristine beaches, beautiful family homes, vibrant cafes, and strong community ties.

With a median house price of $2.2 million, it offers a rare blend of heritage charm and modern lifestyle appeal, making it one of the last affordable ‘blue chip’ markets in the area.

“Sandringham is a tightly held market with a lot of long-term residents and families who’ve grown up here,” Kyle Dorman said.

“Our goal is to embed ourselves in this community, provide the world-class service we’re known for, and establish Sandringham as our new backyard.”

The launch of Ray White – The Bayside Group will unify the Cheltenham, Mordialloc, and Sandringham offices under one cohesive brand and operational umbrella.

With a focus on cutting-edge technology, industry-leading auctioneers, and unparalleled customer service, the group offers a seamless experience for buyers, sellers, and agents alike.

“We pride ourselves on incredible results, hunger, and integrity,” Mark Guthrie said.

“Our auctioneers have called more than 10,000 auctions combined, and we’re known for premium service with a difference.

“The community will benefit from the combined strength of all three offices, making us the most formidable group in the Bayside area.”

“We’re bringing in the best talent to compete with long-established brands in the market.

“Young agents will flourish under our brand and in this area, supported by Ray White’s world-class training and resources.”

“The support we’ve received from the White family, Domenic Belfiore, and the entire corporate team has been phenomenal,” Mr Chokshi said.

“Ray White provides unmatched technology, branding, and resources, which allow us to deliver the best service and results for our clients.”

The team’s goals for the next 12 months are ambitious yet clear.

“We want to establish a great presence in the Sandringham community and quickly become the number one agency in the market,” Mr Chokshi said.

“We don’t have a finish line; our goal is to keep growing and improving.

Ray White Victoria and Tasmania CEO Domenic Belfiore said that he was thrilled to support the team in their ambitions.

“Kevin, Kyle and Mark are celebrated principals in our group, with decades of combined experience,” Mr Belfiore said.

“Under their leadership, Ray White Cheltenham and Mordialloc have earned a reputation for exceptional results.

“With the opening of Ray White Sandringham and the launch of Ray White – The Bayside Group, the team is set to redefine real estate service in Melbourne’s Bayside region.”
