Seema Joshi’s journey into real estate began four years ago after a successful 16-year career in management accounting.
During the COVID-19 pandemic, she and her husband realised their true passion lay in property.
“Without prior industry experience, we took a bold step, opening our own real estate business and surrounding ourselves with an expert team, including an experienced principal and a property manager,” Seema said.
Seema’s husband, Deepak Joshi, plays a crucial role in networking, recruitment, and managing off-the-plan and land sales.
“I’ve always been passionate about connecting with people, and real estate was the perfect way to do that,” Seema said.
“The transition from accounting to real estate may seem like a big leap, but the discipline, leadership, and analytical skills I developed in the corporate world are invaluable in helping buyers and sellers make informed decisions.”
Seema’s vision for her business was always aligned with Ray White.
“I always knew that when I opened my own business, I wanted to be part of an established, reputable brand,” she said.
Ray White has always been my dream because of its strength, national recognition, and corporate support.
“Ray White is the number one agency in the country, and it’s the perfect place for me and my team to grow,” she said.
“The support and resources available through Ray White will allow us to provide the highest level of service to our community.”
Located in Sydney’s northwest, Beaumont Hills is a picturesque, family-friendly suburb with approximately 2,600 dwellings.
With the new office being just five minutes from Seema’s home, the area offers a beautiful leafy environment with strong community ties.
“I love this area; it’s peaceful but still well connected to the city. It has a fantastic community spirit, with a growing population of migrants from a diverse range of backgrounds. Being a migrant myself, I understand the importance of strong relationships and community involvement,” she said.
Seema’s extensive experience in the corporate world equips her with the skills to lead a successful real estate business.
“I bring a high level of discipline, leadership, and analytical expertise to the real estate industry,” she said.
Trust is everything in this business, and I pride myself on my ability to build lasting relationships with my clients. Everything I do is based on conviction and proof.”
In the past few weeks, Ray White Beaumont Hills has already secured two talented sales agents and is actively recruiting more exceptional individuals to serve the local community.
“Beyond business, our primary goal is to establish ourselves as a trusted presence in the community. Charity work and community involvement will be a big part of what we do,” she said.
Ray White New South Wales CEO Tim Snell said that he was thrilled to continue his mission of expanding in the hills district of Sydney.
Ray White currently sells more homes in the Hills District than any other group
“Connecting Seema to our established list of members here further strengthens this position. Seema embodies the qualities we looked for in a leader with her desire to build and develop best in market teams,” he said.
“We believe with her current business acumen and desire to implement Ray White systems makes for a perfect match for many years to come.”
