F1 has announced that all 11 teams set to race next year have signed the new Concorde Commercial Agreement, covering the commercial terms that bind the sport’s key stakeholders together.

The commercial renewal was always deemed to be a formality given the continued success and growth of F1. Last year, F1 paid out $1.266 billion to the teams in prize money.

“Formula 1 can confirm that all teams have signed the 2026 Concorde Commercial Agreement, which secures the long-term economic strength of the sport,” read a statement from F1.

“Formula 1 has never been in a stronger position and all stakeholders have seen positive benefits and significant growth. We thank all the teams for their engagement during this process to reach the best outcome for the sport.”

F1 said that the governance agreement, which also includes the FIA, will be “finalised in due course” amid ongoing talks with the teams.
