Tottenham Hotspur have announced a freeze of season and match ticket prices for the 2025-26 season.

The club made the announcement on Wednesday afternoon following a season of negotiations with Tottenham Hotspur Supporters’ Trust (THST) and with the Fan Advisory Board (FAB), which started in September last year.

THST sounded a positive note in a statement released this afternoon.

“By engaging robustly with the Club on behalf of all supporters we’ve secured key improvements to the Club’s approach,” THST said. “We believe the overall outcome represents a good result for supporters.”

The decision to freeze prices comes one year on from Tottenham’s extremely unpopular decision to hike season ticket prices by 6% for this season. This led to fan unrest, and all season THST and the FAB had been very clear that they opposed another increase.

The Football Supporters’ Association (FSA) has also campaigned on this all season, with their ‘Stop Exploiting Loyalty’ campaign. Last month the FSA wrote to the Premier League calling for all teams to freeze ticket prices for next season. Brentford and Liverpool had already announced that they would freeze ticket prices for 2025-26.

Tottenham’s announcement also opened the door to the creation of new senior concession season tickets beyond next season. Last year the club said that no new senior concession season tickets would be created from next season onwards, leading to a furious ‘Save Our Seniors’ campaign, but that stance appears to have softened.

“We have agreed that there should be ongoing availability of new Senior Concession Season Tickets for future seasons within the parameters of the current balance of tickets,” Tottenham said. “The Club will offer SCSTs that become available in order of those who have held their Season Tickets the longest.”

“We are pleased that the Club has acknowledged our strong case for these and acted on our advice”, said the THST statement.
