In this role, Jett will collaborate closely with Michael Andrews, COO, and Monique Hayden, Head of Network Specialists, to deliver comprehensive support and training to Ray White agents across Queensland.
Jett brings a wealth of experience to the position, with a strong background in real estate having spent the last five years in sales at Ray White Toowoomba business.
In addition, Jett is also a skilled auctioneer who will play a key role in Ray White Queensland’s ambitious goal of conducting 10,000 auctions and increasing internal auction share among its offices.
In the financial year 2023/24, Ray White Queensland conducted over 4,700 auctions.

Jett’s onboarding plan includes a variety of training sessions, meetings, and events, including the Collective Engagement Series, Pathways sessions, Compass sessions, and 1-1 onboarding with Michael Andrews.
He will also be involved in auctioneer training and supporting the List events in both the Sunshine Coast and Gold Coast.
