The UK Department of Transport (DoT) has blocked several key features of Tesla’s self-driving technology over safety concerns. The electric vehicle (EV) maker’s self-driving technology will be watered down to basic highway functions like lane switching, and drivers will be required to keep their hands on the wheel at all times.
