High-profile couple, Selena Gomez and Benny Blanco reportedly purchased the Beverly Hills property in December 2024, coinciding with their engagement announcement.

The large estate features seven bedrooms and twelve bathrooms, situated on what real estate experts describe as a “rare double lot” in one of Los Angeles’ most prestigious neighbourhoods.

The property boasts an impressive array of amenities including a private gym, home theatre, spa, and library.

The resort-like grounds showcase meticulously landscaped gardens, a glass greenhouse solarium, and a swimming pool spread across nearly an acre of land.

The mansion has an illustrious ownership history, having previously belonged to acclaimed director Todd Phillips, known for “The Hangover” and “Joker.”

Phillips purchased the property for US$17.25 million in 2012 before selling it in 2021 for US$31 million, nearly doubling his investment.

“The couple snagged the pricey property after just one month on the market,” a source told Page Six.

Gomez, 32, has established herself as a savvy real estate investor throughout her career.

Her portfolio has included properties in Texas, Studio City, and Calabasas.

Since 2020, the multi-hyphenate star has resided in a US$4.9 million Encino mansion previously owned by late music legend Tom Petty, sharing the six-bedroom home with her grandparents.

Blanco, 36, has maintained his own distinctive home since 2019.

The music producer’s Los Angeles home features an eclectic design aesthetic with original Picasso artworks, custom oversized furniture, and dramatic red velvet rooms, as showcased in a May 2024 Architectural Digest feature.

Despite their differing design preferences, the couple appears to have found common ground with their new Beverly Hills property.

However, they have yet to officially move into the property.
