The Announcement:

Raine & Horne’s Queensland network celebrated outstanding achievements across residential and commercial categories at their State Awards, with regional and coastal offices dominating the honours list.

Raine & Horne Gladstone, led by Mark Patton, emerged as the standout residential performer, winning Top Office for Number of Sales Transactions and Top Office for Gross Commission Income (GCI).

In the commercial sector, Raine & Horne Commercial Brisbane North, under Trent Bruce’s leadership, secured the Top Commercial Office awards for both GCI and Number of Sales Transactions for the second consecutive year.

One of the evening’s highlights saw Jason and Jacqui Read of Raine & Horne Coomera/Pimpama named joint winners of the prestigious Max Raine Award for 2025, recognising their commitment to the brand’s culture and values.

“Jason and Jacqui have established a reputation as extremely skilled, honest and sincere professionals in the Coomera/Pimpama real estate market, as well as throughout the broader Gold Coast region and the Raine & Horne network in Queensland,” Angus Raine, Executive Chairman of Raine & Horne said.

“Their commitment to embracing and supporting our brand refresh, along with their adoption of innovative technology such as Amplify, reflects their unwavering dedication to our values and culture.”

The Reads’ office also received recognition as the Top Property Management Office in Queensland and took home the Auction Shield for the Metro category.

The awards ceremony, held at the exclusive Rivershed in Howard Smith Wharves, Brisbane CBD, saw record attendance with 25% more participants than in 2024.

“It was a fantastic effort for some of our regional offices to make it to Brisbane on Saturday night, considering the size of Queensland,” Mr Raine said.

“The fact that we had the majority of offices attending speaks volumes about the culture of our Queensland network. We sold out this event weeks in advance.”

Raine & Horne Gladstone’s success extended to individual achievements, with Steven James taking first place in both Top Salesperson for GCI and Top Salesperson Number of Sales Transactions categories.

Rookie Kristal Turner from the same office earned fifth place in the GCI category and was recognised as the Best New Talent among Salespeople.

“Mark Patton’s team continues to impress with their outstanding sales and service,” Gary Hassett, Raine & Horne Queensland State Manager said.

“Mark runs a very efficient business and has excellent agents and a strong property management team. He consistently demonstrates effective leadership and operational excellence.”

In the commercial sector, Raine & Horne Commercial Brisbane North demonstrated their market dominance despite strong competition from Raine & Horne Commercial Southside.

Lawrence Temple from the Brisbane North office won Top Commercial Salesperson for Sales Transactions and Top Commercial Salesperson for Sales GCI, while also receiving the Top Commercial Leasing Agent award for Leasing Dollar Value.

“Trent and his team’s ability to provide innovative solutions to clients and their unwavering commitment to business growth were instrumental in their multiple award wins,” Chris Nicholl, CEO of Raine & Horne said.

“They have been at the forefront of the commercial property market in Brisbane since 1999, delivering outstanding results for their clients.”

Other notable winners included Michael Skuse of Raine & Horne Innisfail (Top Principal Number of Sales Transactions), Jamie Wilmen of Raine & Horne Pottsville | Cabarita Beach (Top Principal Sales GCI), and Raine & Horne Maclean | Yamba | Iluka (Top Coastal Office).
