This addition to the business marks a significant milestone for the group as it diversifies its service offerings.

RWC Collective will be a collaboration between experienced commercial real estate professionals Isaac Sarra and Neal Orpin, and Ray White Collective business owners Haesley Cush and Matt Lancashire.

The commercial team will be supported by real estate operations expert Patricia Valinho.

With a shared commitment to innovation and excellence, RWC Collective will provide clients with the elevated level of personalised service and cutting-edge market insights that Ray White Collective is known for.

Mr Sarra said the plan is to bring Ray White Collective’s polish to their commercial real estate expertise creating a unique experience for their clients.

“We are excited to immerse ourselves into the RWC community as well as leverage the Collective’s market presence,” Mr Sarra said.

“Our goal is to create a real estate experience that is both forward-thinking and deeply client-focused.

“We believe in building an ecosystem in which commercial owners, tenants, and investors can thrive.”

Mr Orpin said they want to deliver a market leading standard for commercial real estate.

“Joining Ray White Collective has allowed us to head up the commercial business with market leading support, culture and structure,” Mr Orpin said.

“We’re excited to bring a premium service to our clients in collaboration with the best residential team in the state.

“One key focus will be introducing the market to investment sales via the Collectives auction program.”

Mr Cush said he and Mr Lancashire had wanted to extend a commercial offering to their clients for a long time.

“Many of our team and clients have commercial needs and we have been waiting to work with the right people who have the experience, specific skill set, and integrity to enhance and support the offering. Neal, Patricia and Isaac exude those qualities in spades,” Mr Cush said.

“We are proud to work with such highly regarded professionals and we have already had many of our clients reach out for assistance with their commercial requirements.

“For 20 years we have built our business centrally around customer service. We believe this pillar, combined with our knowledge gained from promoting prestige residential property, will be the perfect accompaniment to the commercial skills the Isaac and Neal bring to our group.”

RWC head James Linacre welcomed Isaac and Neal to the RWC family.

“Isaac and Neal, alongside Haesley and Matt, bring a wealth of knowledge and vision that aligns perfectly with RWC’s commitment to leading the way in real estate innovation,” Mr Linacre said.

“We look forward to supporting them in achieving their goals, and to providing the springboard to their success.”
