North Korean leader Kim Jong Un attended a groundbreaking ceremony for new apartment construction on the anniversary of his father’s birthday, state media reported Monday. The project is in the suburbs of the capital Pyongyang, and part of a push to build 50,000 new apartments within 5 years.
