America’s Auto Auction recently expanded into the New Jersey market by acquiring Car-Tech Auto Auction in Freehold, N.J.

This move marks a milestone in the company’s growth strategy. By entering New Jersey, America’s Auto Auction broadens its reach to serve dealers and institutional customers better nationwide.

Headquartered in Carmel, Indiana, the company operates physical auction sites in 20 states. It offers robust digital platforms that connect buyers and sellers nationwide. By integrating Car-Tech Auto Auction into its network, America’s Auto Auction can offer more vehicles of different types, increase market exposure, and further streamline the auction process for its clients.

Lou Rapuano, owner of Car-Tech Auction, expressed his confidence in America’s Auto Auction’s ability to build on his established foundation. “This new venture will create many opportunities for our customers and enhance the exposure and sale of their vehicles,” Rapuano said in a Feb. 3 news release.

To ensure a smooth transition and continued operations, Rapuano’s sons, Louis and Bobby, who manage daily operations as Co-GMs, will remain with America’s Auto Auction.

America’s Auto Auction uses a combination of organic development and strategic acquisitions to boost its service offerings and broaden its market reach. Integrating Car-Tech Auto Auction into its portfolio is vital in pursuing high efficiency and customer satisfaction standards.
