The Announcement:

Belle Property has strengthened its presence in Brisbane with the opening of its newest office in Sunnybank, led by local real estate expert Jae Choi.

Mr Choi brings over a decade of experience in the Brisbane property market, with extensive expertise across residential sales, commercial property, and project marketing.

As Director of Realand Group, Mr Choi has built a strong reputation in the area, particularly noted for his multilingual capabilities and deep understanding of the multicultural demographic.

The new office opening follows Belle Property’s recent expansion into The Gap in Brisbane’s north-western suburbs, marking continued growth for the brand in Queensland.

Mr Choi will be joined by his established team, including Property Manager Jane Yoo and Residential Sales Manager Marie Han, who have worked alongside him since 2020.

“What attracted me to the Belle Property brand was its premium reputation and focus on delivering exceptional results, which aligns with my own professional approach,” Mr Choi said.

“I also admire how the brand uses innovative marketing and high-end presentation to stand out in a competitive market.”

The Sunnybank region has experienced significant growth, with some areas seeing property value increases of over 40 per cent.

The area offers diverse housing options, from post-war homes to modern brick residences and townhouses, appealing to middle and upper-middle-class families seeking quality education and amenities.

Belle Property’s Head of State Queensland, David Holmes, welcomed the appointment of Mr Choi and his team.

“We’re thrilled to have Jae and his talented team joining the Belle Property team,” Mr Holmes said.

“Jae’s deep understanding of the local market and his multilingual capabilities make him the most qualified principal to lead the office in this culturally rich part of Brisbane.”
