The existing owners of Ray White Epsom, Mark Bycroft and Heather Walton, last year welcomed Nick Lyus into the ownership structure, and now, with the Subritzky’s joining the team also, the Epsom office is perfectly positioned for a new chapter of growth and innovation.

“This partnership injects fresh energy and expertise into Ray White Epsom,” Mr Bycroft said.

“We are confident that this collaboration will lead to even greater success for our team and enhanced service for our clients.”

This alliance is more than just an investment; it’s a commitment to collaboration and shared expertise.

By combining the strengths of both the Epsom, Ellerslie and Mount Wellington offices, this partnership will create a powerful synergy, allowing them to leverage expertise from both central Auckland and the eastern suburbs, expand resources to better serve clients, and enhance support for both the community and the sales teams.

David Subritzky shared his vision for the partnership.

“Ray White Epsom has a long history of success and a dedicated team. We are eager to contribute our experience and resources to further solidify its market leadership and deliver exceptional value to clients,” he said.

“We are hugely passionate about each of the markets we operate in and Epsom is no different,” Arthur Subritzky said.

“Many of our sellers in our other areas migrate toward this area and that’s what made it a logical step for us.

“We have a few other plans for growth in the coming year and we’re excited about sharing those soon, too.”

This strategic alliance signals a commitment to exceeding client expectations and achieving strong results.

Ray White Epsom and Ray White Ellerslie will combine their strengths to raise industry standards and provide clients with exceptional service.

This partnership creates opportunities for innovation and growth, leading to a promising future for both businesses and their communities.

Ray White New Zealand chief executive Daniel Coulson said Ray White Epsom had a track record of success.

“The business has been home to many of our top performing salespeople over the years and continues to be today,” Mr Coulson said.

“Combining this established business with the momentum of David and Arthur Subritzky, who have brought a new level of energy, structure and results to Ray White Ellerslie over the past couple of years, makes a lot of sense and we are excited to support their collective success.”
