This transition not only brings an additional wealth of local expertise but also enhances Pulse’s ability to provide high-quality services to landlords, tenants, buyers, and sellers.

With Luxe Real Estate being a well-respected agency in the Sutherland Shire for over 35 years, their team’s deep understanding of the area and the community will seamlessly integrate into Pulse’s approach.

This ensures clients benefit from a well-rounded perspective on the local property market.

“We are thrilled to be expanding into Cronulla, a vibrant and sought-after area, and to have the Luxe Real Estate Agents team join us on this journey,” said Ben Pike, Director of Pulse Property Agents.

“This move marks another significant milestone in our mission to provide exceptional real estate services, and we are confident that our expanded team and new location will enhance the experience for our clients.”

With offices now in Miranda, Sutherland, and soon Cronulla, Pulse Property Agents offers a comprehensive range of real estate services, including residential sales, leasing, property management, and investment advice.

This expansion comes as part of Pulse’s ongoing commitment to growth and delivering personalised, client-focused services that prioritise local expertise and long-term results.
