McGrath St George South West Group principals Matthew King and Kieran Bresnahan have announced a significant expansion with the acquisition of McGrath offices in Cronulla, Sylvania and Engadine.
The strategic move extends their network to nine offices, creating a powerhouse team of 37 lead agents and 28 sales agent associates across the region.
The expanded group will cover an extensive territory from Kingsgrove in the north to Cronulla in the south, spanning from Kurnell in the east to Engadine in the west of The Shire and to Revesby in the south-west.
“We see great opportunity in The Shire,” Mr King said.
“There are a lot of buyers coming from the east and the inner west as well as from our St George South West area.
“These buyers are attracted to the Shire for its lifestyle and waterfront accessibility, beaches and natural beauty.”
Both Mr King and Mr Bresnahan, who are Shire locals, founded the first Shire office for McGrath in 2003 with McGrath Cronulla.
Mr Bresnahan emphasized the benefits of combining resources.
“We’ll operate as one giving us the ability to better serve our clients,” he said.
Chris Mourd, Head of Franchise Network for McGrath, welcomed the expansion.

The group now operates offices in Cronulla, Sylvania, Engadine, Sans Souci, Brighton Le Sands, South Hurstville, Beverly Hills, Oatley and Revesby.
