The massive $68 million estate, (AUD $102 million) originally purchased by Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck in 2023, remains on the market despite the couple’s recent divorce.

What makes this property particularly intriguing is that Lopez, 55, is still residing in the home, five months after the couple listed it for sale.

The property, which underwent extensive renovations during Lopez and Affleck’s brief marriage, represents more than just real estate – it’s a symbol of their tumultuous relationship. The couple, who first dated in 2002 and reunited over two decades later, purchased the home in 2023 as a testament to their rekindled romance.

Despite being listed for sale, Ms Lopez has been openly sharing glimpses of her life in the mansion through social media. Recent Instagram posts show the singer enjoying the property’s luxurious spaces, including a festive Christmas setup.

The home itself spans 38,000 square feet, with 12 bedrooms and 24 baths and a zero-edge pool and spa. Plus, there’s a separate 5,000-square-foot guest penthouse, caretaker house, a two-bedroom guardhouse, a 12-car garage, and parking for 80 vehicles.

There’s also an indoor sports complex with basketball and pickleball courts, a fully equipped gym, a boxing ring, a sports lounge, and a bar.

Meanwhile, Affleck, 52, has reportedly moved to a $20.5 million bachelor pad in Pacific Palisades, leaving Lopez as the sole occupant of their once-shared marital home.

The mansion remains on the market, listed by Santiana Arana and Brokered by The Agency.
