Archie, Missouri football player killed in crash hours after team wins state championship

One teen has died, and another one is fighting for his life after a rollover crash Saturday night about five miles east of the Cass County town of Archie. The Archie School District has identified Miles Humbird, 18, a senior as the student who died. Miles’ death came just a few hours after he played for the Archie Whirlwinds football team in St. Joseph.
