In light of the 2024 election results, some have been evoking a 2015 meme that pretty succinctly sums up the obvious harm that a voter for Donald Trump is likely to inflict on themselves down the road:

1. There’s the coworker who thought that Trump’s plan to scrap the Department of Education wouldn’t affect her special needs child who relies on its funding:
