Jesse Patrick, a former electrician turned real estate agent at Strutt Real Estate, has had an impressive start to his career in property, doing over 50 sales worth $52 million in the past 12 months.
Mr Patrick, who moved into real estate after losing his job, has quickly established himself as a leading agent in Brisbane’s Ipswich region, specifically focusing on the Karalee and Barellan Point areas.
In this episode of the Call Me Successful podcast, co-host Daniel Petch sits down with Mr Patrick, and talks about his innovative marketing approach including a consistent social media presence, weekly letterbox drops and digital advertising.
Mr Patrick puts much of his success down to mentor Jordan Strudwick and his willingness to embrace growth, including hiring his first associate within six months of becoming a lead agent.
He now manages a team that includes seven former electricians and believes it shows the potential for tradespeople transitioning to real estate.
“If you fully submerge yourself in it and throw yourself at it, you can’t fail. It’s a game of numbers and probability. As long as you’re consistent with it, you’re going to get a run.” – Jesse Patrick
