Adelaide Hills agents Ryan Keatley and Nicole Walker are continuing their expansion with a new Ray White office in Stirling.

The Announcement:

The powerhouse team behind Ray White Mount Barker | Woodside | Nairne continues its expansion in the Adelaide Hills with the launch of Ray White Stirling.

With a decade of experience in the group for Ryan Keatley and seven years for Nicole Walker, the pair have already established a strong presence in the region through their offices in Mount Barker, Woodside, and Nairne.

“We’re excited to bring Ray White’s strong brand and our proven success to Stirling,” Mr Keatley said.

“This is a beautiful, high-demand area. It’s close to the city, with stunning homes and a lifestyle that people dream of; bigger parcels of land, incredible architecture, and vibrant nature.”

Since the pandemic, Stirling has surged in popularity, boasting a 16.5 per cent growth in just the last year.

Just 18 minutes from Adelaide CBD, the town’s median house price has reached $1.4 million, making it one of the most desirable areas in the Adelaide Hills.

“Stirling is surrounded by a truly picturesque landscape, complete with grand oak, maple, ash, and elm trees,” Ms Walker said.

“The area draws in high-profile residents, from sporting figures to medical professionals, all seeking a blend of luxury and serenity.

“We’re focusing on luxury homes because that’s what Stirling represents. With our cutting-edge technology and extensive buyer database from the east coast of Australia as well as Ray White Hong Kong, we have a unique competitive advantage.”

Mr Keatley said Ray White’s reach was unmatched in the market.

“Over one million people visit Raywhite.com websites every week, with Ray White now selling one in every seven homes across Australasia and one in every five homes across South Australia,” he said.

“Ray White also sells more $2 million, $3 million and $5 million+ luxury homes than any other brand in Australia, which is three times more than our closest competitor.

“We’ve been fortunate to grow our business from four staff in the early days, to now over 30, and with Kimbley Watkins managing our operations, we’re more than ready to take on Stirling now.”

Their commitment to customer service and results has seen them both named Chairman’s Elite agents, regularly ranking in the top three per cent of Ray White’s sales records.

Ray White South Australia CEO Matt Lindblom expressed confidence in the duo.

“Ryan and Nicole have consistently demonstrated their ability to deliver outstanding results for their clients,” Mr Lindblom said.

“They embody the Ray White ethos of honesty, integrity, and hard work. I know they will elevate our offering in Stirling for the benefit of homeowners looking to achieve the best results for their properties.”
