College football Week 10 odds, schedule: Ohio State, Penn State clash in massive Big Ten game

College Football is entering November, which means it’s the final push of the regular season. There are still tons of contenders in conference races and plenty of teams that think they can make the College Football Playoff. Ohio State travels to Penn State in the biggest game of Week 10, with the Buckeyes favored on the road.

Ohio State barely escaped at home to a Nebraska team that was coming off a 49-point loss at Indiana. What does that mean for this OSU team? The offensive line was a mess and fixing that by Saturday has to be high on Ryan Day’s to-do list. OSU is favored by four points on BetMGM as of Monday. For all the concerns OSU raised by only beating Nebraska by four, Penn State had similar struggles against Bowling Green in September. Even top teams have a clunker or two over the course of a season.

Meanwhile, Penn State is dealing with an injury to starting quarterback Drew Allar. Allar left last week’s win at Wisconsin, although Beau Pribula was solid off the bench, going 11-of-13 for 98 yards and a touchdown.

OSU has won seven in a row and 11 of 12 in the series.

Elsewhere in the Big Ten, No. 1 Oregon travels to Michigan in a game that was expected to be big at the start of the season. Now? Well, the Ducks are favored by more than two touchdowns.

In the SEC, Texas A&M has sole possession of first place but is only a small favorite this week at South Carolina. The Aggies are favored by 2.5 points. After A&M came from 10 points down to roll past LSU in the second half, the big question in Aggie land is which quarterback coach Mike Elko will go with. Conner Weigman got benched for Marcel Reed, who was electric with his legs and had a couple key passes. Who starts this one?

The ACC has a pair of big games in its title race with 8-0 Miami hosting 6-2 Duke. The Hurricanes are huge favorites in that one and Duke is coming off a heartbreaking overtime loss to SMU. SMU has a massive game of its own, taking on Pitt. Both teams are undefeated in conference play. The Mustangs are favored by a touchdown.

A whopping eight AP Top 25 teams are on bye this week: No. 6 Texas, No. 8 Notre Dame, No. 9 BYU, No. 14 Alabama, No. 16 LSU, No. 22 Washington State, No. 23 Colorado and No. 25 Missouri.

Here are the odds and schedule for every game featuring an AP Top 25 team, plus a few other notable games in Week 10.
