Experienced agents Noemi Guttmann and Rylee Ritchie have joined Ayre Real Estate to lead a new service for developers and post-completion projects.

The Announcement:

Multi-award-winning real estate agency, Ayre Real Estate, has announced the launch of an innovative new service offering for developers and projects.

The service, led by Noemi Guttmann and Rylee Ritchie, is designed to provide a tailored sales solution for developers seeking to sell apartments that remain unsold post-completion.

Ms Guttmann and Ms Ritchie bring close to 40 years of combined experience in the real estate industry to Ayre.

The pair specialise in deploying customised strategies to reinvigorate sales efforts in post-completion projects, leveraging their extensive experience to deliver outstanding results for developers.

“One of my career highlights includes successfully selling 15 residual apartments in a prestigious Bondi Junction development after taking over from several agents who couldn’t deliver results,” Ms Guttmann said.

“Our goal-oriented approach is key. We set clear targets with our clients from the outset and establish benchmarks along the way, ensuring accountability at every stage.”

Ms Ritchie said, “It’s not just our tenacity that sets us apart; it’s the unique strategy we’ve created specifically for post-completion projects.

“These homes require a completely different approach compared to off-the-plan or regular residential sales campaigns.

“Our innovative strategy not only delivers results for the developer but also maintains the integrity of the development for the long-term benefit of the entire community.”

The move to Ayre follows successful tenures at several high-profile Eastern Suburbs agencies, including 1stCity, The Agency, and Black Diamondz for both Ms Guttmann and Ms Ritchie.

Craig Donohue, Principal & Director of Ayre Real Estate, said, “With our extensive experience in the apartment sector, having successfully sold properties both post-completion and off-plan in numerous inner-city developments, expanding into this area was a natural step for us.

“We already have strong operational and marketing foundations in place to serve this market well, and with specialist sales agents like Noemi and Rylee joining us, we are perfectly positioned to capitalise on this opportunity.”

The new service will focus on a strategic assessment of each project to develop a customised marketing approach designed to inject fresh momentum into sales efforts during a typically challenging phase of the project lifecycle.

“Our goal is not just to help developers sell their remaining stock, but to do so in a way that ensures the long-term success and integrity of the development,” Ms Guttmann said.
