Harcourts has recognised its top 2 per cent of Sales Consultants across Australia and New Zealand with an unforgettable Titanium Achievers trip to Auckland.

The Announcement:

Harcourts recently celebrated its Titanium Achievers from Australia and New Zealand with a memorable trip that blended excitement and meaningful community engagement.

This annual event recognises the top 2 per cent of Harcourts Sales Consultants across Australasia, rewarding them with experiences that showcase the value of connection and altruism.

“Celebrating exceptional performance and dedication is what we do at Harcourts – it’s in our DNA and firmly entrenched in our vision,” Harcourts Managing Director Mike Green said.

The Titanium Achievers embarked on an exhilarating tour of Auckland, setting sail on an America’s Cup yacht and exploring the All Blacks Interactive Experience.

The participants also faced the challenge of walking the iconic Auckland Harbour Bridge and enjoyed a scenic harbour cruise to Waiheke Island, where they indulged in well-deserved relaxation amidst stunning landscapes.

CEO of Harcourts Australia, Adrian Knowles, said it was a great experience.

“Not only was it an action-packed three days, but the Titanium Achievers were connecting and sharing, and not only with those from their state, but also from around Australia and from New Zealand,” Mr Knowles said.

He said the trip was not just about celebration but also an opportunity to live the Harcourts values of “Doing the Right Thing” and “People First.”

During their stay, Mr Knowles, Carmen Briggs of Harcourts Property Centre, Tina Sander of Harcourts Macktown, and Fiona Li of Harcourts Henderson Heights engaged with the local community by sharing lunch with those in need on the streets of Auckland.

“Beyond providing a meal, we took the time to engage in conversation, and hopefully offered a sense of dignity, reminding them that they are seen and valued,” Mr Knowles said.

“Small things to do really, but perhaps helping to restore some faith in humanity.”

Olivia Graham, Australasian Culture Ambassador, said, “The Titanium Achievers Trip was a fantastic three days filled with connection, recognition, fun and laughter.

“It was an honour to introduce our Australian colleagues to New Zealand’s rich culture, and we look forward to enjoying the same cultural exchange in Australia at the 2025 Titanium Achievers Trip.”
