Following a rousing speech at a campaign rally in Duluth, Georgia, on Wednesday, Tucker Carlson has announced that he’ll join Donald Trump at a rally at Madison Square Garden on the 27th.

“Yes, I’m with him at MSG on Sunday and in Phoenix a week from today,” Carlson tells RedState.

The conservative media personality had already announced a hurricane relief benefit in Glendale, Arizona, on October 31st.

His appearance at the world’s most famous arena on Sunday, though, was just confirmed, perhaps sparked by last evening’s well-received event hosted by Turning Point PAC and Turning Point Action.

“I made the decision last night,” he said. “I’m psyched for it.”

If his Duluth appearance is any indicator, supporters of the former president can expect a wild time. Carlson sent the media into a tizzy when he compared Trump returning to take care of an out-of-control ruling class to “daddy” coming home.

“He’s pissed!” Carlson said to the cheering crowd. “Dad is pissed. … And when Dad gets home, you know what he says? ‘You’ve been a bad girl. You’ve been a bad little girl, and you’re getting a vigorous spanking right now.’”

“’And no, it’s not going to hurt me more than it hurts you,’” he continued. “‘No, it’s not. I’m not going to lie. It’s going to hurt you a lot more than it hurts me.”

Carlson’s rapier wit and sense of humor endear him to Trump supporters. And he, at times, elucidates things in a manner that nobody else can. In a way that even Trump must sit back and admire.

Who else — besides the Donald himself — can create comedy gold over at CNN, forcing them to cover and fret that “spankings” are coming for Democrats and the media currently trying to destroy the country?

Sit back and enjoy this gem:

That wasn’t the only segment analyzing the humorous speech by Carlson. Political correspondent Kasie Hunt invited Rep. Dan Kildee (D-MI) where the duo took a somber tone over the comments, the latter shaking his head in disgust.

“Uh, when Donald Trump did take the stage, there were chants of ‘Daddy’s home,'” Hunt lamented. “Sir, your reaction?”

Kildee tossed out a slew of keywords the Democrats have been using to point out that Republicans have a sense of humor and the resistance party, by contrast, leads joyless lives.

“It’s creepy, it’s scary,” Kildee worried before tossing in the word “weird” for good measure.

The NYGOP is describing the event at Madison Square Garden as Trump’s “biggest rally ever.”

Trump himself has touted his appearance as historic and said his campaign is heading to MSG because they are “going to make a play for New York.”

The former president believes it will tie a bow on “the greatest movement in political history.”

Now, he’ll have one of the greatest voices for that movement appearing alongside him in the heart of New York City. It should make for a hell of a time.
