Jamie-Lynn Sigler proves she’s just like Us with her love for easy and healthy recipes.

“I’m, like, a big rice bowl person,” Sigler, 43, exclusively shares in the newest issue of Us Weekly. “I like putting a lot of things in — rice, sweet potatoes, some steak. I love a pickled onion [and] avocado.”

The Sopranos alum tells Us that the finishing touch to her perfect rice bowl is “a very simple at-home dressing, which is olive, red wine, vinegar, honey, salt and pepper.” She jokes, “It’s probably disgusting on some of the things that I use it on, but I literally use it on everything.”

One thing Sigler appreciates as much as a home-cooked meal is keeping her family safe, which she is helping others do through her partnership with Amazon Devices and Alexa Emergency Assist (AEA).

Jamie-Lynn Sigler’s son is doing better than ever following his recent health scare, particularly because he doesn’t remember most of it. “The brain is wild that he has no memory of what he went through,” the actress, 43, shared on the Tuesday, September 17, episode of her and Christina Applegate’s “Messy” podcast. “We talked about […]

“I feel like a lot of the times in, God forbid, those real emergency situations, a lot of those things go out the window ’cause everybody’s anxious and they’re nervous and not knowing what to do,” says Sigler, whose 11-year-old son, Beau, suffered a health scare earlier this year. (Sigler shares Beau and her son Jack, 6, with her husband, Cutter Dykstra.)

She continues: “Alexa Emergency Assist, I feel like gives my family the confidence, the knowledge, and the tools that they need, that in case of an emergency, literally by just saying out loud, ‘Alexa, call for help,’ 24/7, 365, you’re immediately put in touch with an urgent response agent who will identify the situation and then be able to dispatch the first responder that you need with all of your personal information given to them.”

Us: When was the last time that you did laundry?

Sigler: If I’m home, I do it every day. There’s always either towels, uniforms or my laundry to be washed. I will say, I can let me and my husband’s laundry bin pile up. But my kids have, like, five or six things that they like to wear in a rotation — no matter if I beg them to wear something else. So, there’s always laundry to be done.

Us: Do you have a celebrity crush?

Sigler: Steve Carell, Paul Rudd and Will Ferrell. They’re not crushes, but I love them so much and just wanna hang out and be with them. I could watch anything that those three men are in over and over again.

Us: What’s the last show that you streamed?

Sigler: Love Island.
