Multi-talented businessman Farshad Kazazi has acquired and rebranded the former Harcourts Arundel office on the Gold Coast.

The Announcement:

Harcourts is delighted to welcome aboard the multi-talented Farshad Kazazi and his team as they refresh and reopen the office that used to be known as Harcourts Arundel.

Mr Kazazi has owned and operated a series of businesses ranging from retailing personal computers, importing cars, to providing services in the laser cosmetic space, including having founded and headed The Eden Laser Clinics Group in NSW and ACT.

“I decided to move to the Gold Coast from Sydney last year and chose to make becoming a real estate agent my next adventure,” Mr Kazazi said.

“I acquired all the relevant licenses last year and decided to buy a rent roll and take on an existing agency.

“I had offers to join other brands, but I chose to join Harcourts.

“I was very impressed by the introductory session presented by CEO Adrian Knowles and his team. I felt I have more than adequate support to further learn and grow in this industry.”

Buying, renovating, and selling properties in parallel to running his day-to-day businesses since 1993, Mr Kazazi has long been enthusiastic about real estate.

“My team at the Arundel office is comprised of two highly experienced property managers, a salesperson and a receptionist,” he said.

“I feel we are all a great fit together and since my experience is limited in operating a real estate agency, I plan to grow with the team and create many success stories together moving forward.”

Harcourts Queensland CEO Greg Allan was excited about the move.

“His fresh approach to the industry and existing business acumen will hold him in great stead to take this office to the next level and we look forward to further supporting him and his team,” Mr Allan said.

Passionate about his plans for his new occupation, new team and new office, Mr Kazazi is excited to officially announce the new name – Harcourts Elevate.

“We’re raising the bar in real estate! We’re heading on up, we’re open, so make a date with Harcourts Elevate!” Mr Kazazi said.

“Elevate your expectations, we’ll elevate your results! At Harcourts Elevate, we make it possible.”
