Jarita Rayasam joins LJ Hooker as Head of Operations Strategic Growth

Jarita Rayasam has been appointed as Head of Operations Strategic Growth at LJ Hooker Group as the company focuses on driving growth and profitability.

The Announcement:

The LJ Hooker Group has appointed Jarita Rayasam as the new Head of Operations Strategic Growth as the iconic real estate brand focuses on driving growth and profitability in the lead-up to its 100th anniversary in 2028.

Ms Rayasam will play a pivotal role in the expansion of the LJ Hooker network, spearheading collaboration between the Growth Team and key departments such as Account Management, Marketing and On-Boarding. 

She joins from Ray White, where she was most recently Operations Manager Network Growth. 

“I am excited to be working with the LJ Hooker Group due to its outstanding reputation and excellence in the industry,” Ms Rayasam said. 

“Most importantly, I am thrilled by the opportunity to work under its strong leadership, and I am looking forward to contributing to LJ Hooker’s strategic growth as the company approaches its centenary.”

Ms Rayasam will lead the implementation of commercially focused strategies designed to accelerate the expansion of the LJ Hooker brand throughout Australia. 

Her new role will also identify new opportunities for sales and leadership teams, ensuring the business makes agile and data-driven decisions. 

LJ Hooker Group Head of Network Australia Chris Keating said Ms Rayasam’s passion for real estate and expertise made her an outstanding choice for the position. 

“We have clear and exciting strategies for expanding the network and Jarita will play an important role in its delivery and execution,” Mr Keating said. 

“She has an outstanding track record of building strong, effective relationships with clients and colleagues, while expertly prioritising tasks with meticulous attention to detail. 

“Jarita’s outstanding track record of delivering growth in the real estate sector makes her an exciting addition to our leadership at this key time.”  

Ms Rayasam holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business and a Master’s in Art and Curatorial Studies from the University of New South Wales. 

In her new role, she is based at LJ Hooker Group’s Sydney head office.
