Sales agent Alex Denmeade has made the move to Coronis, strengthening the group’s presence in Brisbane’s inner city.

The Announcement:

Sales agent Alex Denmeade has joined Coronis, bolstering the group’s Brisbane inner city presence.

Since joining the brand, Mr Denmeade has posted his best two quarters ever, solidifying the Coronis Group’s commitment to growth and recruiting the right people to their business.

Known as The West End Agent, Mr Denmeade’s decision to move was sparked by his desire for hands on leadership and growth opportunities.

He cites the direction of Coronis Group under the leadership of CEO Karuna Mazzocchi and the Coronis Future Partnership Program as key reasons for joining Coronis.

The Coronis Future Partnership Program (FPP) is offered to Sales Agents and enables them to establish a team, grow their own rent roll, and learn leadership and ownership skills as they build towards opening their own partnership franchise.

When they are confident, competent and ready to elevate on their own, they are transitioned into their own office with the support of Coronis.

Speaking about his move, Mr Denmeade said “the leadership and opportunity for growth is the reason I joined Coronis.

“Karuna and the leadership team genuinely want people to be the best they can be and help them achieve their goals, no matter how big they are.”

Since joining Coronis, Mr Denmeade has already smashed his PBs and continues to improve with each new month in teal.

Remarkably, his last two quarters both eclipsed his yearly result in his former agency.

Not stopping at sales success, Mr Denmeade has already grown his own rent roll to 38 properties.

Not only is that asset valued at nearly $350,000, but it is also a steady income stream.

The Coronis Property Management team run and manage the portfolios daily tasks, an offer afforded to all agents in the FPP.

The opportunity for growth at Coronis is facilitated by the group’s industry leading training, support, systems and hands on approach from leadership.

These factors have allowed Mr Denmeade to not only grow but thrive.

Coronis Group CEO Karuna Mazzocchi said the company is changing the industry’s approach to wealth creation.

“I have seen countless agents make a significant amount of money in real estate yet leave the industry with nothing,” Ms Mazzocchi said.

“Our industry teaches people how to make money, but it doesn’t teach them how to keep it.

“At Coronis, we are changing that, and the Future Partnership Program is one example of how.”

Looking towards the future, Mr Denmeade said “I’m looking forward to opening my own office, growing a team and turning West End teal.”
