Looking over the campaign of Kamala Harris — or possibly more accurately, the “non-campaign” – what is becoming more evident is how entirely fabricated this whole affair has been. Beyond the lack of media appearances (and the press applauding her avoidance), there have been humorously staged appearances where supposed supporters were seen being trucked in by caravans. Note that this detail is only shared by those on social media, with barely a mention of this activity coming from the assembled press corps that tails Kamala on the campaign trail.

The press has completely disregarded objectivity this cycle as they are pushing desperately to get her across the electoral finish line. She is only covered favorably; former President Donald Trump and his running mate, JD Vance, are exclusively cast negatively, and all manner of campaign convention is tossed aside. Note the manner her endorsements are always heavily touted in headlines, yet any support for Trump is obfuscated.

When the Teamsters Union leadership decided not to endorse either candidate, it was cause for consternation in the press, but what they were very reluctant to report along with this is how the membership voted in the internal straw polling. Trump was favored at a near two-to-one ratio. The National Fraternal Order of Police lent its backing to Trump, but we were not granted too many headlines covering this. Yet now we get a story of another endorsement for Kamala that is both desperate and deeply hilarious in its transparent bias.

USA Today has this story, shared by many syndicated outlets, announcing how Harris has received the backing of a police organization. It sure sounds impressive, according to the gushing headline.

It gets even more pathetic. Peer over the contents of this headline from NJ.com.

Here is their spokeswoman to explain their decision.

In a press release Monday, chairwoman Sue Riseling expressed the organization’s support for Harris. “This endorsement reflects Vice President Harris’ track record and unwavering commitment to public safety and the rule of law,” Riseling said. “As police leaders who have led law enforcement agencies and the major national law enforcement leadership groups, we know first-hand what it will take to make our communities safer – and that includes having Kamala Harris as our next president.”

So, what exactly are we dealing with here? This group is called The Police Leaders for Community Safety, and if this strikes you as a rather generic-sounding outfit, you are entirely correct. The “stunning” aspect of their endorsement is pure hyperbole, given we are talking about a group that entails little more than a few dozen members. And just who are they?

They are comprised of former law enforcement members. The chairwoman, Riseling, is (we are serious here) the former Chief of the University of Wisconsin-Madison Police. So, she is a former campus cop. We looked over the rolls of this outfit and the name Paul Blart did not arise. But this gets even better…or worse, depending on perspective.

Concerning that NJ.com notation — how this group “normally backs Trump” — we are curious as to this impossibility. See, there has not been sufficient time for the PLCS to have been a former supporter of the former president for a simple reason – this organization was just formed in June of this year! It is completely a prefab outfit designed to generate a favorable headline for Harris, done in the hopes of countering Trump’s backing by the legitimate police organization, in existence for generations.

But this is now standard issue. Kamala creates a false front, and the press comes along and insists this is all legitimate in the hopes of selling her to the public. It is a pure Potemkin Campaign, and the media has shamed itself further…despite being an industry that displays how it possesses nothing in the form of shame or pride.
