Mark and Sam Forde are set to launch Harris South Coast, marking a new chapter in the region’s real estate landscape.

The Forde family, who have owned the successful South Coast business since 2010, are combining their operations with Harris Real Estate, rebranding their Hayborough, Goolwa, and Hindmarsh Island offices under the Harris South Coast banner.

Having led the number 1 real estate business in South Australia, and ranking in the top 10 nationally, Mark and Sam Forde’s decision to align with Harris Real Estate signals a bold new direction for their team.

“This partnership brings together two powerful entities and is an exciting step forward for us,” Mark Forde, Director of Harris South Coast said.

“Joining forces with Harris Real Estate means we can continue to deliver on our commitment to integrity, professionalism, and superior service, while leveraging Harris’ innovative approach and industry-leading resources.”

For Phil Harris, Managing Director of Harris Real Estate, the creation of Harris South Coast is a strategic milestone in the company’s 2024 expansion plan:

“Mark and Sam Forde have built an extraordinary business, and it’s a great privilege to welcome them and their team to Harris,” Mr Harris said.

“The South Coast is an important region for us, and this launch is the final step in our goal to become market leaders in all key areas we serve.”

With the launch of Harris South Coast, Mr Harris said clients across the Fleurieu Peninsula can expect a high level of service and expertise, as the partnership promises to set new benchmarks in the local market.
