Since joining Element as Senior Vice President of Product Strategy and Continuous Improvement, Ian has proven to be invaluable, leading strategic initiatives across Element. According to Element, his extensive experience in operations, innovative product strategies, and collaborative approach make him an ideal candidate to lead the team forward.

“We are excited to have Ian Oncea stepping into the COO role. Under Ian’s leadership, we will not only enhance our operational efficiency but also drive our strategic goals and continue to deliver exceptional value to our clients. His leadership and vision will undoubtedly drive Element forward,” Dottori-Attanasio said.

“I am honored to take on the role of chief operating officer and lead our dedicated team,” Oncea said. “As we navigate the future of mobility, my focus will be on fostering a client-centric mindset and ensuring that we not only meet but exceed client expectations through innovative solutions and strategic initiatives. I am excited to be part of a team that is dedicated to driving success for our clients and our businesses alike.”
