Four leading offices across Sydney’s Inner West have come together to partner with Ray White.

High profile Inner West agents Alfio Musumeci, Carl Mirabella, and Taskin Satici have come together to form Ray White Elevate Group

With Sebastian Bonacorso heading the Sales division the team will have nearly 100 years of experience in sales, property management and operations staff.

The team is expanding to partner with the existing Ray White Summer Hill and Ray White Ashfield, headed up by brothers Michael and Andrew Simpson.

Six years ago, Carl Mirabella and Taskin Satici, who have been working together in the area for nearly 20 years, teamed up with Alfio Musumeci, a third-generation real estate agent to head up one of the highest performing offices and groups in the Inner West.

“We are thrilled to be the same locally-renowned family business, but now just with the expertise and backing of the country’s best technology and brand recognition,” Mr Musumeci said.

“Combining our expertise with the expertise of the Simpson brothers and with Ray White as a whole will provide an even better offering to our clients and to our team.”

Mr Mirabella said that all three of the directors had been within a Ray White office at some point in their careers, and to him it feels like coming home.

“Ray White is a very strong brand, and when the opportunity arose to team up and build an empire together, we jumped at it,” he said.

Mr Mirabella said that the area their team covers is vast and the real estate landscape is varying, from federation homes in Haberfield, to high-rise apartment buildings near the train station in Ashfield.

“It is a great market to sell in, with properties turning over quickly and constant high demand because of local schools, shops and the classic Inner West lifestyle,” he said.

“It is really a sellers market at the moment, and I think we are going to have an extremely busy spring and summer here this year.”

Mr Satici said that he was proud of the family-style business they had built, maintaining high ethics and standard, and with endless experience.

“We are proud to have built a team of high achievers and have had great results over the years. In our areas we have all broken records in streets and suburbs. We all grew up in the area, went to school in the area, we live and breathe it,” he said.

Mr Musumeci added that the team prides themselves on customer service.

“We have a lot of repeat customers over and over again, as well as selling for two or three generations in the same family,” he said.

“We have had customers on our rent rolls for over 40 years, it truly is a generational operation. We know everyone in our suburbs.”

Andrew and Michael Simpson said that they are thrilled to partner up with such skilled operators, to create an even better experience for the people of the Inner West.

“Recruitment will be a big focus in the coming months; we want to dominate market share and be a business of attraction to more excellent professionals,” Mr Simpson said.

Ray White New South Wales CEO Tim Snell said that the recruitment of this leading team was a proud moment for him and that he is thrilled to welcome them to the family.

“An office of this scale partnering up with Ray White is testament to the hard work of all principals within our Sydney network,” Mr Snell said.

“I look forward to working with these iconic operators who have a long and fantastic history in the Inner West of Sydney.

“Their expertise and local reputation, combined with the ambition and tenacity of the Simpson brothers will go a long way.”
