Steve Mutton has returned to Ray White to join forces with Scott and Grant Burgess on the Gold Coast.

The move comes after seven years as head of real estate at another franchise network, but it’s a homecoming of sorts for Mr Mutton who once owned six Ray White offices on the Gold Coast.

He will now bring his expertise and experience to Ray White Robina.

“Coming back to Ray White feels like coming home,” Mr Mutton said.

“I have chosen to align myself with such well known established operators in Grant and Scott Burgess who run an exceptional operation at Ray White Robina.

“I know the Ray White brand and the integrity and values that the group stands for, but when I looked under the hood so to speak, I was blown away with the advancement that has been made in the real-time data space.

“I have to say that the technology available at Ray White is the best in the business but it’s also the ease of doing business that makes Ray White second to none.

“The family, the resources, the technology, and the auction focus are driving the business forward.”

Originally from Coffs Harbour, Mr Mutton has a good track record in the industry.

At one stage, he owned five residential Ray White offices and one commercial office on the Gold Coast, and his partnership with the Burgess brothers signals a new chapter for the brand on the Gold Coast.

Scott and Grant Burgess said they were excited to welcome Mr Mutton to their team.

“Having Steve join us will be incredible,” Scott Burgess said.

“His experience and insights will be invaluable as we continue to grow and serve our clients with the highest standards of excellence.”

Ray White Queensland Chief Executive Officer, Jason Andrew, was also enthusiastic about Mr Mutton’s return to the network.

“With industry leaders like Steve Mutton rejoining our business and partnering with the Burgess family, we have no doubt that our best years on the Gold Coast and in Queensland are still ahead,” he said.

“Steve’s decision to return home loudly demonstrates the unparalleled support we offer our members.

“The leading group’s commitment to innovation and excellence is evident in the cutting-edge technology and real-time data available to all its members.

“From NurtureCloud to Pulse, combined with our strong family values and auction focus, makes Ray White a standout choice for top-tier professionals like Steve Mutton.

“Steve’s respectful way of doing business, his deep understanding of the industry, and his dedication to providing exceptional service align perfectly with Ray White’s core values.

“His return is a testament to the strength of our network and our unwavering commitment to supporting our agents in achieving their best.”
