Katie Daunt has celebrated a successful first year as agency director of Coronis Bayside, on the back of strong growth and performance.

The Announcement:

Coronis Group CEO Karuna Mazzocchi is proud to celebrate the first anniversary of Coronis Bayside, highlighting a strong first year under the leadership of Agency Director Katie Daunt.

The anniversary is a testament to the Coronis Group’s continued expansion and commitment to excellence.

In her debut year as Agency Director, Ms Daunt achieved remarkable success as a Sales Agent, Business Development Manager and Agency Director.

Ms Daunt improved her Gross Commission Income 37 per cent, organically grew her rent roll and increased her overall business 192 per cent.

The Coronis Group’s market-leading partnership franchise model provides the support, processes and resources for Agency Directors to focus on income-generating activities while significantly reducing the stresses of administrative and operational undertakings.

Additionally, it empowers Agency Directors like Ms Daunt to grow their own asset while being closely guided on their pathway to success and independent wealth.

Ms Daunt praised the opportunity for growth at Coronis as a major factor in her Bayside office’s success.

“Because I was able to progress from a property manager to a business development manager, then again to a sales agent, my skill set has become very well-rounded. This opportunity for growth has set me up for success in my own office,” Ms Daunt said.

“One of Karuna’s strongest qualities is how she encourages the growth of her team members.

“That genuine support is something which I always want to show my Bayside team.”

Despite it being her first as an Agency Director, FY24 marked Ms Daunt’s most successful sales year yet.

Her outstanding sales performance and expanding rent roll enabled her to grow her team to five people.

While further growth is on the agenda, she is insistent that hiring the right people is crucial, a sentiment shared by Ms Mazzocchi.

“Real estate is not about property; it is about people. Katie Daunt is a great example of the exceptional calibre of people at Coronis,” Ms Mazzocchi said.

“What Katie has achieved in the last 12 months is incredibly inspiring.

“I have loved being by her side to see her change people’s lives for the better and build an asset for her future.”

As Coronis Bayside steps into its second year, the team is poised for continued success, driven by the unwavering support and commitment to excellence of the Coronis Group.

The first anniversary of Coronis Bayside signifies a significant milestone in Coronis’ strategic growth plan.

Through a combination of acquisitions and partnerships with driven individuals like Katie Daunt, Coronis stands firmly positioned as a dominant force in the real estate industry.
