Experienced auctioneer Brocke Hambrecht has launched Belle Property Commercial Brisbane North, expanding the brand’s presence in South East Queensland.

The Announcement:

Belle Property’s Commercial division has announced the opening of Belle Property Commercial Brisbane North, led by Principal and Auctioneer Brocke Hambrecht.

Mr Hambrecht brings over a decade of experience in the real estate industry across South East Queensland and Melbourne to the new office.

Mr Hambrecht has sold properties for as much as $9.6 million under the hammer.

The opening comes at an opportune time, as Mr Hambrecht notes that the commercial market in SEQ is entering an interesting phase with considerable transactions still taking place.

“We’ve identified a gap in the market for a high-end brand that is result-driven but can still offer world-class marketing and top-notch service,” Mr Hambrecht said.

“We aim to become the hub for the best commercial personnel available in Brisbane.

“Ensuring that energy, systems and processes are applied to every transaction, we strive to provide sellers or landlords with the confidence and make an informed decision when selling, leasing, or appointing a quality asset manager.”

Joining Mr Hambrecht is his partner Shelley Hambrecht, who brings experience from her background in 5-star hospitality.

Ms Hambrecht aims to elevate the lifestyle characteristics of the Belle Property brand.

The duo believes that Belle Property transcends traditional real estate, aiming to offer superior service and prioritise quality over quantity for its clients.

Showcasing Ms Hambrecht’s hospitality expertise, the office launch includes an exclusive launch party for selected clients.

Belle Property Commercial Associate Director Benjamin Congiusta welcomed the new office to the network.

“We are very excited to welcome Belle Property Commercial Brisbane North to our network as we continue to expand nationally, under the exceptional leadership of Brocke and Shelley Hambrecht,” Mr Congiusta said.

“Their extensive industry experience and dedication to premium customer service align perfectly with our brand values.

“This new office promises to deliver outstanding property solutions to clients in the region.”
