The three-story home contains four bedrooms and four-and-a-half bathrooms, with terraces overlooking the canyon on each level. It’s also an entertainer’s dream, with Querkus custom cabinetry and Viola marble in the kitchen that you’ll want to show off, plus living spaces on either side for crowds to spill into. The primary suite is the true standout, with a lounge area, terrace access, a walk-in closet, and a bathroom with a double vanity and a massive freestanding soaking tub.

“We aimed to blend the contemporary footprint of the existing home with the natural beauty of Studio City’s landscape,” House of Rolison’s Amanda Leigh and Taylor Hahn tell AD PRO. “By combining minimalist finishes, natural stones and materials, and a focus on indoor-outdoor living, we gave this home the harmony it deserves. Privacy was very important to us, given that the street can be on the busier side at different times in the day. By giving the face of the home a tucked-in feel behind a nine-foot gate, you’re able to have the access of the canyon, with the serenity of a side street.”

Priced at $4.25 million, the listing is held by The Agency’s Farrah Britt.

AD100 firm Marmol Radziner has proved their ability to thoughtfully connect homes to their surroundings time and time again. Composed of three structures with lush native landscape adorning the passages between them, this 2017 build was the firm’s first ever in Hawaii. It’s now on the market for $8.8 million.

Honed lava and cedar define the interior space, creating a sleek yet moody contrast. Ample built-in cabinetry, textured Heath tiles, and other bespoke details combine for a homey, livable air. With a total of 3,766 interior square feet across the property, the main house includes three bedrooms and two-and-a-half baths. The pool house offers a bedroom, art studio, and office, and the carport structure is topped by a music studio. A saltwater pool and jacuzzi sit in front of the main house, and numerous decks and balconies offer plenty of vantage points from which to take in the views.
