Experienced duo Tilash Fernando and Srikanth Muthukumar have partnered with Harcourts to open a new office in Clyde North.

The office will be spearheaded by Directors Tilash Fernando and Srikanth Muthukumar, both seasoned professionals with extensive experience in real estate and construction.

Tilash Fernando is a Licensed Real Estate Agent and one of the top-selling agents in the area. 

With over 15 years of residency in the southeastern suburbs, Mr Fernando has an in-depth understanding of the local real estate market. 

He has a proven track record of assisting first home buyers in fulfilling their homeownership dreams, helping investors expand their property portfolios, and achieving outstanding results for vendors and landlords. 

His strong work ethic, efficient marketing strategies, and ability to understand client needs have earned him a substantial referral-based business.

Srikanth Muthukumar brings a unique blend of qualifications as a Licensed Real Estate Agent, Qualified Accountant, and Domestic Building and Construction Specialist. 

He leverages his extensive experience in building and construction to help vendors achieve top prices for their properties.
