View Media Group (VMG) has integrated Apartments & Developments project listings into the ‘buy’ section on view.com.au.

The platform has also launched View Project Profiles, which provides developers with a dedicated landing page on view.com.au, in addition to their listing on a-d.com.au, for no extra cost.

VMG Executive Chairman, Antony Catalano, said View was committed to “cross pollination” of its businesses and providing more for the property industry.

“Apartments & Developments will continue to do the fantastic work it does in providing a portal that targets high intent off-the-plan buyers that delivers a very low cost of sale for developers and project marketers but now they also get the added value of access to the mass audiences that view.com.au offers,” he said.

“This will deliver a more cost effective solution and better results than other offerings in the market.”

Mr Catalano said view.com.au had launched on AFL grand final day in 2023 and its reach had grown to 1.8 million users in May this year, according to Google analytics.

AD Group Co-founder and Group General Manager, Tom Hywood, said providing access to View’s large audience and offering them to their customers without cost was a huge win.

“This integration means that when you search properties for sale on View you’ll not only get every established property for sale but you’ll now also get any listed development in that area in the one search result: it’s a win win for buyers and developers,” he said.

“We’ve proven over nearly 10 years that there is a need for a dedicated portal for off-the-plan properties with a focus on attracting buyers who are genuinely in the market for off-the-plan properties.

“This integration with View will allow our clients to seamlessly access the view.com.au audiences without having to upload a thing on View and we hope we’ll be able to convert a few of the established property buyers to the off-the-plan opportunities that exist.”
