LAS VEGAS (KLAS) — President Joe Biden visited a favorite local Mexican food restaurant on Wednesday, day three of his Las Vegas visit.
Lindo Michoacan, the 34-year-old Mexican food franchise owned by Javier Barajas and located on Desert Inn Road, is consistently listed as one of Las Vegas’s favorite restaurants. The franchise has since opened a seventh location at Palace Station — the fourth in the Las Vegas Valley.
The president’s visit follows an appearance at the UnidosUS Annual Conference at MGM Grand. The Unidos website describes the event as “one of the largest gatherings of Latinos and allies committed to increasing opportunity and driving social justice for the Latino community.”
Wednesday represents the third day of President Biden’s Las Vegas visit. He is expected to leave the city on Air Force One from Harry Reid International Airport later today.
