Director Yassamin McNair has marked a successful first year leading Coronis Pacific Pines, showcasing the group’s franchise growth strategy.

The Announcement:

Coronis Group CEO Karuna Mazzocchi is proud to celebrate the first anniversary of Coronis Pacific Pines, highlighting a strong first year under the leadership of Agency Director Yassamin McNair.

The anniversary is a testament to the Coronis Group’s continued expansion and commitment to excellence.

The Coronis Group’s market-leading partnership franchise model provides the support, processes and resources for agency directors to focus on listing and selling homes.

The model allows agency directors like Ms McNair to grow their own asset while being closely guided on their pathway to success and independent wealth.

Reflecting on her journey so far, Ms McNair said “I felt a genuine care from the moment I entered the Coronis Careers Evening, and I still feel that now.”

In the past 12 months, Coronis Pacific Pines has grown to over 185 properties under management.

The growth is underpinned by the support from the Coronis Corporate Mergers & Acquisitions team, as well as other support available which allowed Ms McNair to focus on growth in her first 12 months.

Another highlight of Coronis Pacific Pines first 12 months was being named national finalists for Social & Community Program of the Year in the 2023 REB Awards.

After relocating from Brussels to the Gold Coast, a poor property purchase experience left Ms McNair feeling she could have done a better job herself.

Looking to leave the hotel industry, she saw an advertisement for a Coronis Careers Evening and decided to attend.

It is a decision that has changed her life.

Coronis Group CEO Karuna Mazzocchi has seen Ms McNair grow throughout her real estate journey and is proud to call her a Coronis team member.

“Real estate is not about property, it is about people,” Ms Mazzocchi said.

“Yassamin has worked incredibly hard to achieve what she has, and I have no doubt she will continue to excel.

“It’s an incredibly exciting time of growth and opportunity at Coronis.”

From Sales Agent to Agency Director, the support Ms McNair has received from the Executive Leadership Team has been a major part of her success.

“I was lucky to have great leaders to sit with me and teach me what you need to do to grow your wealth and how to achieve your future goals,” Ms McNair said.

“I have learned so much from the leadership and I will forever be grateful.

“That is what makes Coronis special.”

With a year of accomplishments behind them, the Coronis Pacific Pines team is poised for an even brighter future, committed to excellence and driven by the unwavering support of the Coronis Group.

The first anniversary of Coronis Pacific Pines represents a significant milestone in Coronis’ strategic growth plan.

Through a combination of acquisitions and partnerships with driven individuals like Yassamin McNair, Coronis stands firmly positioned as a dominant force in the real estate industry.
