Local property expert Rob Fraser has opened Ray White Rural Chinchilla, expanding his services into real estate.

The Announcement:

Leading rural property advisor, Rob Fraser is proudly leading the launch of Ray White Rural Chinchilla.

Mr Fraser is a well-known figure in the rural property sector, with more than 15 years of experience at the helm of Fraser Valuers, originally owned and passed down by his father.

The Fraser family has a long established track record of operating a successful family business and serving the community of Chinchilla and the broader rural industry.

“People have always sought our advice on real estate matters, recognising our deep-rooted understanding of the industry, Mr Fraser said.

“We realised there was an opportunity to formalise our expertise and extend our services to meet the evolving needs of our clients.

“We understand what investors are looking for and the return they want.

“We have had the pleasure of valuing extremely well managed rural properties, which will put us in great stead for selling real estate.”

Mr Fraser and the Ray White Rural Chinchilla team will be working in collaboration with James Croft from Ray White Rural Dalby / Pittsworth.

Joining forces with Australasia’s largest real estate group was a natural choice for him.

“From the moment I met with the Crofts and the White family, I knew it was the perfect fit,” Mr Fraser said.

“Their commitment to family values and community resonated deeply with us, aligning perfectly with our own principles.”

Ray White Rural Chinchilla will specialise in serving the South West Queensland region, focusing initially on rural properties around Chinchilla, known for its intensive agriculture including feedlots and irrigation, broadacre farming and grazing, and diverse industries including oil, gas, and renewable energy.

“We have a keen focus on lifestyle properties, broadacre farming and grazing properties, and then will aim to grow the business organically, prioritising trusted local relationships over rapid expansion,” Mr Fraser said.

“We are deeply committed to supporting our community and driving economic growth in the region.

“Our goal for the first 12 months is to guide our clients through the buying and selling process with honesty, authenticity, and unparalleled expertise.

“As rural producers ourselves, we understand the seasonal challenges and market dynamics that impact our clients, allowing us to provide tailored solutions and a seamless experience.

“We live and breathe what our clients are going through.”

Ray White Rural CEO Stephen Nell said the Fraser family had long been synonymous with reliability, integrity, and a deep understanding of rural properties.

“As farm owners and rural producers themselves, the team at Ray White Rural Chinchilla will bring practical knowledge and firsthand experience to their clients, setting them apart in the industry,” Mr Nell said.
