Leading operators, Charles Caravousanos and David Walker, from Ray White Upper North Shore, are looking to expand on their success with the launch of Ray White Northern Beaches.

With offices in Manly and Mona Vale, the pair are excited to grow their business, focusing on high performance and great culture.

“We are thrilled to bring the proven success of Ray White Upper North Shore to Sydney’s Northern Beaches,” Mr Caravousanos said.

“This expansion is the missing link in our group of offices and we are eager to introduce our winning formula to this vibrant community.

“A major difference that we bring to the Northern Beaches is our extensive database of Upper North Shore buyers and sellers.”

Mr Caravousanos said there was a significant flow of buyers across the Upper North Shore and the Northern Beaches and their connections held them in good stead.

“On the Upper North Shore, we have built a business that people want to be a part of,” he said.

“We offer unparalleled training, support and are always developing our sales team to continue to increase our market share in our core areas.

“We are also big on culture and values in this business which is strongly aligned with Ray White.

“This is something we are passionate about and believe high performance and good culture go hand-in-hand.”

With offices spread across Turramurra, Wahroonga, Roseville, St Ives, Pennant Hills and Hornsby, Ray White Upper North Shore is a market leader in the region having sold more than $2 billion of property in FY24.

Ray White NSW/ACT Chief Executive Officer, Tim Snell, extended his congratulations to the pair on their expansion into the Northern Beaches.

“David and Charles have demonstrated exceptional leadership and vision in growing Ray White Upper North Shore into a powerhouse within the real estate industry,” Mr Snell said.

“The launch of Ray White Northern Beaches is a testament to their unwavering commitment to excellence.

“With their combined expertise and commitment to fostering a culture of success, David and Charles continue to set benchmarks within the real estate sector, ensuring unparalleled service and results for their clients.”
