Glenn Carpenter acquires Ray White Manly and Peninsula sales business

Glenn Carpenter has acquired Ray White Manly and Peninsula in New Zealand in a move that will further boost customer service.

The Announcement:

Ray White is pleased to announce that Glenn Carpenter has acquired the Ray White Manly and Peninsula sales business from Gary Martin, Jayne Winefield, and Vicki Smith. 

This strategic move marks a new chapter for the business.

Mr Martin and Ms Winefield, will retain the property management side of the business and will continue to operate out of the current location, ensuring “continuity and stability for our valued clients”.

Principal Glenn Carpenter and general manager Craig Catley expressed their excitement about the acquisition, emphasising their commitment to maintaining the high standards of service that clients have come to expect from Ray White. 

“We are thrilled to enter the Manly and Peninsula community and look forward to continuing the tradition of excellence established by Gary, Jayne, and Vicki,” Mr Carpenter said. 

“Our focus will remain on delivering exceptional service and engaging closely with the community. 

“This merger of the Silverdale and Manly sales teams is designed to enhance our service offerings. 

“Clients can rest assured that the same dedicated team will be there to assist them. 

“This move will allow us to leverage additional resources and support, ensuring an even higher level of service and responsiveness.”

Mr Martin and Ms Winefield and their property management team’s ongoing presence ensures that all property management clients will experience uninterrupted service and support from the same trusted team.

“As we embark on this new journey, our focus on community engagement will be stronger than ever, with plans to participate in local events, support neighborhood initiatives, and contribute to the overall well-being of the Manly and Peninsula areas,” Mr Catley said.
