Chelsea have completed the signing of Omari Kellyman from Aston Villa.
The 18-year-old has signed a six-year contract at Stamford Bridge, which includes the option of a further year.
The Athletic reported earlier this month that the west London club were close to reaching to an agreement for the forward for a fee in the region of £19million.

Kellyman said: “It is fantastic to be standing here as a Chelsea player. It’s a massive club with an amazing history, so it is great to join. It is a dream come true for sure. I’m buzzing to have put on the shirt and can’t wait to get started.”
The deal comes less than 24 hours after Chelsea left-back Ian Maatsen, who spent last season on loan at Borussia Dortmund, moved to Villa on a six-year deal.
The transfer fee is £1m less than the £20million Chelsea paid to sign Carney Chukwuemeka from Aston Villa in the summer of 2022.
Kellyman joined the Villa academy from Derby County in 2022 and broke into the first team in 2023.
He made two Premier League appearances last season in the final two months of the campaign and was also deployed twice as a substitute in the Europa Conference League.
The forward has been capped by England at youth level after switching his international allegiance from Northern Ireland in 2023, and made his Under-20 debut for England this month.
